Project: Swimming pool and lanai drilled shaft foundations.
Project was behind existing residence with very steep slope. Site was cut to a tiered sub grade by BCS Alliance to gain access with Soilmec 312-200 to install caissons under pool and lanai due to unstable soils. Caissons were drilled down to solid rock varying depths from 20 to 45 ft. reinforcing steel was placed and concrete poured up to pool and lanai sub grades.
