"Over the past years I feel that a true joint venture had been formed between TCT and BCSAlliance Inc. As a construction company ourselves we have worked for BCS-Alliance Inc. and in turn we have used BCS-Alliance Inc. on many of our projects with excellent results. TCT has been using BCS-Alliance Inc. exclusively on our projects that require any type of drilling and or caisson work.
